Program Description:

This webinar provides an overview of the Medicare Request for Anticipated Payment (RAP) billing changes and how they will impact the bottom line of home health organizations. The webinar focus will be on how technology can ensure a successful transition to meet the new requirements and how to tighten operational processes to prevent 2021 payment penalties.

Speakers: 

David Hoover David Hoover is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Axxess, the fastest-growing home healthcare technology company. He leads the company’s billing, electronic data interchange (EDI), and payer management service teams. To date, David’s team has processed $14 billion in Medicare and managed care claims. Prior to joining Axxess, David served in leadership at Cotiviti where he developed new processes and systems focused on increased efficiency and quality in auditing, recovery, and development services.

 

Sophia Saldivar is a product analyst who works closely with the Axxess Revenue Cycle Management Team, which has processed more than $14 billion in Medicare and managed care claims to date. As a home health specialist, Sophia’s current responsibilities include using market research and data analytics for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating innovative software features. Prior to joining Axxess, Sophia served in a variety of roles, including as a biller, administrator, consultant and chief financial officer in the home health industry for more than 10 years.
